Night Operations Manager

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the overall operations, security, maintenance and other services, and ensuring a safe, secure and well - maintained environment in the Araneta City during nighttime, and requiring proactive management and problem - solving to maintain high standards of service and operations during the night.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Operations and Facilities Management

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of all facilities and equipment, ensuring uninterrupted services to lessees, resident and visitors.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all buildings to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure that all nighttime cleaning, maintenance and repair work is done as per schedule and complies with operational standards
  • Coordinate with Property Management Teams for urgent repairs that need to be undertaken at nighttime
  • Ensure cost - efficient utility usage at nighttime
  • See to the observance and implementation of Security SOPs
  • Respond to security incidents such as unauthorized access, disturbances, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety, health and safety regulations and emergency protocols.

Lessees and Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary contact of Lessees, residents and visitors during nighttime
  • Act on complaints, service requests and urgent issues efficiently and professionally
  • Liase with Lessees and residents for any concerns that may arise at nighttime
  • Provide assistance to all visitors, as needed.

Crisis & Incident Management

  • Respond to any incident such as power outages, security breaches or urgent maintenance issues.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports to escalate to Management
  • Activate Emergency Response Group (ERG) , as required.

Personnel Supervision

  • Oversee all night shift personnel (security, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) in various Properties ensuring they perform their respective tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably in Engineering, Business or Facility Management or related field
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage
  • At least five (5) years of work experience in managerial capacity in the same or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership
  • Proficient in reporting and documentation
  • Self - starter, can work independently and handle high pressure situations
  • Can work on night shifts, weekends and holidays.
