Job Description

Responsible for the initiation, conceptualization, planning, implementation and evaluation of the marketing activities (advertising, promotions and public relations) of Uniprom’s operating units

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develops, plans, implements and evaluates of the digital marketing activities that help promote the various offerings of the Araneta City, particularly the shows and events at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
  2. Plans campaigns to create a dynamic web-based presence for the different assigned units. Said campaigns should be consistent with overall thematic message of the assigned unit.
  3. Engages the customer by soliciting interesting content show promoters and presents this in a manner consistent with the assigned brand’s personality.
  4. Optimizes social media networking sites as a platform to reach out and interact with the assigned unit’s target market.
  5. Uploads and updates ongoing pages on different social networking sites daily and interacts with its registered users.
  6. Drives traffic to the assigned unit’s social networking pages by conceptualizing and implementing web-based promotions and by coordinating with the VP of Marketing, Creatives Supervisor, and PR Manager for offline advertising.
  7. Offers comprehensive advisory services to define strategy, improve conversions, increase communications, build online brands, and improve client relationships.
  8. Entertains, reviews, and recommends promotional tie-ups to improve or support various digital marketing programs.
  9. Coordinates with in-house and agency based Creative Team regarding visuals and copy to be used as content for various digital marketing projects.
  10. Monitors performance of all digital marketing efforts and ensures that it contributes to the overall objectives of the assigned unit.
  11. Prepares budgets for digital marketing campaigns and projects.
  12. Prepares and submits all required reports.
  13. Communicates to all parties regarding all digital marketing related matters.
  14. Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ year of marketing experience in managerial capacity
  2. Content creation skills
  3. Proficient with photo and video editing tools is a plus
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  5. Adept at engaging with users, community building, online buzz generation and search engine optimization
  6. Experience or familiarity with YouTube/ Meta monetization is a plus
